Tuesdays in the Trenches (TTT)

Tuesdays in the Trenches (TTT) is NASCEE’s webinar series that brings together education leaders, NGOs, social enterprises, and sector partners to share practical insights, reflect on challenges, and explore collaborative solutions for improving education outcomes in South Africa. The series creates a trusted space for peer learning, sector dialogue, and collective action across the education ecosystem.

NASCEE is a collaborative platform that brings together more than 200 NGOs, social enterprises, and partners committed to improving education outcomes across South Africa. Through strengthening collaboration, shared learning, and alignment between civil society, government, and funders, NASCEE works to build a more connected and effective education ecosystem.

As part of this mission, NASCEE hosts the Tuesdays in the Trenches (TTT) webinar series, a trusted space for sector leaders and practitioners to engage in meaningful dialogue around the realities of education transformation.

TTT provides a neutral platform where organisations working on the front lines of educational change can share practical lessons, reflect on emerging challenges, showcase innovative approaches, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

The series is designed to amplify lessons from practice across the education sector, strengthen leadership and peer learning within the NGO ecosystem, encourage collaboration and collective problem-solving, support stronger alignment between civil society, government, and key stakeholders, and contribute toward improved learner outcomes across South Africa.

Through open conversation and shared experience, Tuesdays in the Trenches helps foster a more connected, responsive, and impactful education sector.
