Initiatives

More tangibly our initiatives for the year have been to build and grow the education NPO community through regular communication and contact.

  1. Learning Events: Create high impact learning events for NASCEE members,
  2. Leadership Forums: Implement quarterly facilitated forums for CEO/MD’s, COO’s and CFO/FD’s,
  3. Mentorship: Implement mentorship programme for NASCEE members,
  4. Voice of members: Advocate on specific issues on behalf of all NASCEE members,
  5. Government Engagement: Pilot government engagement sessions with NGOs and funders on specific topics,
  6. Member sharing sessions: Quarterly sessions for member organisations to share in-field best practice, learnings and impact stories,
  7. Funder sharing sessions: Quarterly on-line funders panel on strategic issues,
  8. Government engagement: Pilot and develop Government/Funder/Implementor collaboration and coordination model at district level,
  9. Opinion Piece: Produce opinion piece on strategic issues linked to NASCEE's work
  10. Annual Conference
